ingredients

2 pounds lean ground turkey
1 cup sweet white onion, chopped
1 ½ cups green bell pepper, chopped
2 15-ounce cans diced fire roasted tomatoes with chilies
1 15-ounce can pinto beans, drained
3 cups beef or chicken stock
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons cumin
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon chipotle powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Topping suggestions:
green onion, chopped
cilantro, chopped
cheddar cheese, shredded
sour cream

directions

  1. Brown ground turkey over medium heat in a medium skillet for 10 minutes.
  2. Add turkey to crockpot along with remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Ladle chili into bowls and serve hot with desired toppings.
