Tuna Poke Skewers

ingredients

1 lb. fresh tuna (sushi grade), cubed
3 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Poke Sauce, divided
½ cucumber, sliced
1 avocado, cubed
4 green onions, chopped into ¼ inch slices
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds (optional)

directions

  1. Pour 3 tablespoons of poke sauce over the tuna and allow to marinade in the fridge while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  2. To assemble, start with the cucumber and then stack a piece of tuna, a piece of avocado, and a piece of onion. Place a skewer through the stack for easy serving.
  3. Drizzle remaining tablespoon of poke sauce over the skewers and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  4. Serve cold.
