Simple Cauliflower Fried Rice Image

Ingredients

Yield: Makes 2 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

3 cups riced cauliflower
½ cup edamame
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
5 green onions, sliced
2 cups kale, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok to medium high heat and add sesame oil.

  2. Add onions to the wok and after stirring for 1 minute, add riced cauliflower, kale and edamame.

  3. Cook, stirring frequently for 10-12 minutes. Add soy sauce, stir, and serve!
