1/3 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 can cola (12 oz)
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons molasses
1-1/2 teaspoons creole seasoning
1 slab ribs
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, whisking to combine. Reserve 1 cup marinade for brushing. Pour the remaining sauce over the ribs and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Grill or roast and brush with extra sauce during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
