1 cup (14.75 oz) Salmon
1/2 cup Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs or Whole Wheat Panko
1 large raw egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup onions, chopped
Oil for frying
Drain and reserve liquid, remove skin and bones then flake salmon with a fork in a medium bowl. Add bread crumbs, egg, onion. Form into about 14-1 inch balls. Cover bottom 1/2 inch of skillet with oil. Place croquettes into hot oil and brown well on all sides.
