3 medium-size, ripe bananas, peeled and cut horizontally in half
6 (10 inch) skewers*
1/3 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze with Honey & Pineapple
1/4 cup macademia nuts, finely chopped
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Thread the banana halves onto the skewers. Brush the bananas with Teriyaki Baste & Glaze with Honey & Pineapple. Combine macadamia nuts and coconut in a medium bowl, set aside. Grill or broil bananas 2 to 3 minutes, or until slightly browned and bubbly, turning over once and brushing with remaining Baste and Glaze. Pour nut mixture on a 8x10 inch strip of foil, lightly roll bananas in the mixture. Serve warm.
