1 Package (10 Oz.) Frozen Pattie Shells
3 Tablespoons Butter Or Margarine
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
1-1/2 Cups Light Cream
3 Tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Dry White Wine
2 Cups Cooked Turkey, Cut Into 1-Inch Chunks
2 Tablespoons Thickly Sliced Pimiento Fresh Parsley, Optional
Bake Pattie Shells On Ungreased Large Cookie Sheet Following Package Directions. Melt Butter In Large Saucepan Over Medium-High Heat. Add Onion And Green Pepper; Cook Until Onion Is Tender. Stir In Flour And Cook 1 Minute; Stir Occasionally. Add Cream, Soy Sauce And Wine. Cook, Stirring Constantly Until Mixture Boils And Thickens. Add Turkey And Pimiento; Cook Until Heated Through. Remove Tops From Pattie Shells; Spoon In Turkey Mixture. Replace Tops And Garnish With Parsley As Desired.
