1 pound medium shrimp
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1-1/2 cup Kikkoman Thai Yellow Curry Sauce
Hot cooked rice
Shell, devein shrimp. Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry until shrimp turn pink. Add peppers and onion, stir-fry 4 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add Thai Yellow Curry Sauce, stirring until sauce boils. Serve with rice.
