1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Collection, Original Sauce
2 tablespoons finely diced garlic
3 tablespoons finely diced fresh ginger
3 to 4 pound salmon filet
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Blend hoisin sauce, Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Sauce, ginger and garlic in blender or food processor.
- Line large baking pan with foil, place salmon skin side down, pour 2/3 of blended sauce over salmon. Let set for 10 min.
- Place in middle of oven, bake for 20 min or until done to taste. Remove from pan and place on serving platter.
- Serve remainder of sauce on side.
