Ingredients (Yield: 7 cups)
1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1-1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1-1/2 cups whole natural almonds
1-1/2 cups walnut halves or pieces
3/4 cup raw sunflower kernels
3 cups toasted oat cereal (like Cherrios)
1 cup (2-1/2 oz.) banana chips
3/4 cup seedless raisins
- Blend teriyaki sauce, oil, sugar and ginger in large bowl until sugar dissolves; stir in almonds and walnuts until thoroughly coated. Let stand 20 minutes; stir occasionally.
- Stir in sunflower kernels until coated. Add cereal, tossing to combine. Turn out onto large shallow baking pan or cookie sheet, spreading mixture out evenly.
- Bake in 250ºF. oven 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir gently. Bake 15 minutes longer. Remove pan to wire rack and cool completely.
- Stir in banana chips and raisins. Store in tightly covered container.
