4-1/2 teaspoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce*
1 lemon, thinly sliced
5 to 6 fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 green onions, sliced diagonally
1 carrot, cut into very thin slices
*May substitute Gluten Free Soy Sauce
