Ingredients (Yield: 8 to 19 servings)
1 bottle (20 oz.) Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Collection,
Spicy Miso Sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup chopped garlic
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 slabs baby back pork ribs
- Combine sauce, honey and garlic.
- For chicken: Marinate chicken in 1 cup of sauce mixture for 6 hours in refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center, turning chicken over and basting occasionally with remaining sauce mixture.
- For pork ribs: Remove and discard membrane from pork ribs. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and grill over medium heat 1 hour and 10 minutes, turning over occasionally. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil. Continue cooking ribs on grill 10 minutes, turning ribs over and basting with sauce mixture 3 or 4 times.
