(Yield: 4 servings)
1 package (14 to 16 oz.) firm tofu, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Collection, Spicy Miso Sauce
- Slice tofu horizontally in half. Cut each half into 1-inch squares; separate and drain on layers of paper towels 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add tofu and cook 4 minutes until golden brown. Turn tofu over and cook 4 minutes longer.
- Remove pan from heat. Pour in sauce; gently stir until all pieces are evenly coated with sauce.
