4 thin-cut pork chops, each about 5 ounces
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Collection,
Original or Spicy Miso Sauce
- Brown chops in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove pan from heat.
- Pour in sauce, turning chops over to coat both sides. Return to heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring once. Turn chops over; cook, covered, 10 minutes longer, or until tender.
