Ingredients

Yield: Yield: 4 servings

4 large chicken breast halves, skinned
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Rice Vinegar
1/2 cup apricot or peach preserves
1/2 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Arrange chicken breasts in single layer in shallow baking dish.
  2. Blend mustard and vinegar until smooth; stir in preserves. Gradually blend in soy sauce; pour mixture over breasts, turning pieces over to coat both sides.
  3. Bake, meaty side down, in 350ºF. oven 25 minutes. Turn breasts over and bake 20 minutes longer, or until no longer pink in center, brushing occasionally with pan juices.
