2 to 3 pounds lean pork spareribs
1/4 cup apple jelly
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Rice Vinegar
1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1/3 cup chopped green onions and tops
- Cut spareribs into serving-size pieces. Place in shallow, foil-lined pan, meaty-side down.
- Combine jelly with vinegar, stirring until jelly dissolves. Mix in teriyaki sauce and green onions; brush ribs with mixture. Cover pan tightly with foil.
- Bake in 350°F. oven 1 hour. Discard foil and turn ribs over; brush with remaining sauce.
- Bake 30 minutes longer, or until tender, turning ribs over and basting every 10 minutes.
