Yield: Yield: 4 servings 4 (6 oz. each) halibut fish steaks, 1 inch thick
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi
Collection, Original or Spicy Miso* Sauce, divided
- Marinate fish in 1/2 cup sauce in large plastic food storage bag 30 minutes* in refrigerator, turning bag over once.
- Grill or broil fish 3 inches from heat source 4 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily with fork; brush immediately with remaining 2 Tbsp. sauce. *If using Spicy Miso, marinate fish 45 minutes.
