(Makes 3/4 cup)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup Pearl Unsweetened Organic Soymilk
- Heat oil in small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add flour, salt and pepper; cook and stir until blended.
- Gradually stir in soymilk. Increase heat to medium; cook and stir until sauce is bubbly and thickened.
- Continue to cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
