Yield: Makes 2 servings
3 cups Pearl Chocolate
3 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
- Combine soymilk, cloves and cinnamon sticks in small saucepan.
- Cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from heat. Let stand, covered, 15 minutes.
- Strain hot chocolate into 2 individual serving mugs. Place a cinnamon stick in each mug; discard cloves.
- Sprinkle with marshmallows, if desired.
