Yield: Makes 2 servings
1-3/4 cups chilled Pearl Chocolate Organic Soymilk, divided
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey, or
4 ice cubes
- Measure 1/2 cup soymilk, peanut butter, honey and ice cubes into blender container. Cover and process on medium speed 20 seconds.
- Add remaining 1-1/4 cups soymilk. Cover and process on high speed until smooth and frothy.
- Serve immediately.
