Yield: Makes 2 servings 1-1/2 cups chilled Pearl
Chocolate Organic Soymilk,
1 very ripe banana,
peeled and cut in half*
2 tablespoons creamy
1 ice cube
- Measure 1/2 cup soymilk, banana, peanut butter and ice cube into blender container. Cover and process on medium speed 20 seconds.
- Add remaining 1 cup soymilk. Cover and process on high speed until smooth and frothy.
- Serve immediately. *For a thicker frappe, use 1 frozen, peeled and chunked ripe banana and omit ice cube.
