2 fresh or thawed Rock Cornish hens, quartered
1/2 cup Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
- Rinse hen quarters under cold running water; pat dry with paper towels.
- Pour roasted garlic teriyaki sauce over quarters in large plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat all pieces well. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning bag over occasionally.
- Arrange hens, skin side down, in single layer in baking pan. Cover and bake in 350ºF. oven 25 minutes. Uncover; turn pieces over and bake 25 minutes longer, or until no longer pink next to bone.
- If desired, serve pan juices and hens over rice.
