Ingredients

(Yield: 4 servings)

1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
4-1/2 teaspoons Kikkoman Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
3/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
3 pounds frying chicken pieces

Instructions

  1. Measure peanut butter into small bowl; gradually blend in vinegar. Stir in teriyaki baste & glaze, pepper sauce and ginger until mixture is well blended.
  2. Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Grill or broil chicken 5 to 7 inches from hot coals or heat source 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink near bone, turning pieces over every 5 minutes and brushing with glaze mixture during last 10 minutes of cooking time.
