2 ears corn, husked and halved
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crumbled
2 zucchini, each about 6 inches long, halved lengthwise
- Place each half ear of corn on piece of foil, large enough to wrap around it. Melt butter; stir in soy sauce, pepper and basil. Pour equally over corn.
- Place zucchini halves, cut side down, next to corn. Bring up 2 long ends of foil; fold down twice until foil almost rests on food. (Seam should be in center of package.) Fold ends down twice.
- Cook on grill, seam side up, about 6 inches from hot coals about 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
