Ingredients

Yield: Yield: 4 servings 4 frozen ground beef patties
1 cup Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
Garlicky Mayo*
Hamburger buns, toasted
Lettuce leaves and tomato slices

Instructions

  1. Arrange patties in a single layer in large plastic food storage bag. Pour in roasted garlic teriyaki sauce. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Carefully turn bag over several times to coat patties well. Marinate 30 minutes, turning bag over once.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare Garlicky Mayo.
  3. Grill or broil patties 6 to 8 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked, turning once and brushing with additional fresh marinade.
  4. Spread both halves of buns with Garlicky Mayo. Place lettuce, tomato and burgers on bottom halves; cover with top halves.

    *Garlicky Mayo: Combine 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise and 2 teaspoons Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use
