6 medium yams
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in syrup, drained
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
- Wrap yams in foil; place on grill over medium-hot coals. Cook 45 to 60 minutes, or until tender when pinched.
- Meanwhile, combine pineapple, butter and teriyaki baste & glaze in saucepan. Heat, stirring, until butter melts.
- To serve, remove foil from yams, slit open and spoon pineapple mixture into yams.
