Ingredients

(Yield: 4 cups)

1 cup Kikkoman Rice Vinegar
1/2 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 cup sliced radishes
1 cup sliced carrots or celery
1 cup sliced zucchini or cucumber
1 cup cauliflower or broccoli flowerets

Instructions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  2. Stir in vegetables. Cover; refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Just before serving, remove vegetables with slotted spoon.
