Ingredients

(Yield: 1-1/2 cups) 1 large avocado
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
6 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
Fresh pineapple, papaya and bananas

Instructions

  1. Peel and mash avocado.
  2. Blend with sour cream, soy sauce and garlic salt. Stir in bacon, reserving a few bits for garnish.
  3. Spoon into bowl in center of fruit platter composed of bite-size chunks of fresh pineapple, papaya and bananas skewered with wooden picks.
