1 cup Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1 cup dry sherry
1 T. maple syrup
1/2 cup tomato paste
2 lbs. flank steak
Scallions, salt, pepper.
- Whisk roasted garlic teriyaki sauce, sherry, maple syrup, tomato paste.
- Flatten flank steak with mallet; spread with scallions, salt, pepper. Roll up, marinate.
