(Yield: 4 to 6 servings)
1/2 pound uncooked fettuccine noodles
1/4 cup unsalted margarine
1/2 cup half and half
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
3 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
- Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, melt margarine in small saucepan. Stir in half and half, soy sauce and nutmeg; heat through.
- Drain noodles; combine with warm soy sauce mixture. Add 2 Tbsp. cheese; toss lightly to combine.
- Serve immediately with remaining cheese and parsley.
