(Yield: 4 to 6 servings)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 green onions and tops, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh or thawed green peas
1 cup diced Chinese barbecued pork (Char Siu)*
2/3 cup diced red bell pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
3-1/2 cups cold cooked rice
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add green onions, peas, pork and bell pepper; stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Add egg and scramble.
- Stir in rice and cook until heated, gently separating grains.
