Yield: Yield: 4 servings 1 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound fully-cooked bratwurst or Polish sausage,
cut into 2-inch pieces
2/3 cup Kikkoman Stir-Fry sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 pkg. (14 oz.) frozen bell pepper strips
Hot cooked wide egg noodles
- Sauté onion in hot oil in large skillet, with cover, 2 minutes over medium-high heat.
- Add sausages, stir-fry sauce and sherry; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
- Uncover; return mixture to full boil. Add peppers; cook, stirring until sauce comes to a boil.
- Cook, stirring, until peppers are heated through, about 1 minute. Serve over noodles.
