1/3 cup Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
2 tablespoons red wine
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crumbled
4 boneless chicken breast halves
- Combine roasted garlic teriyaki sauce, wine and oregano; pour over chicken in 9-inch square baking pan, turning over to coat both sides with sauce. Arrange chicken, skin side down, in single layer.
- Bake in 350°F.oven 10 minutes.
- Turn chicken over and brush with pan juices. Bake 20 minutes longer, brushing with pan juices after 10 minutes.
- Preheat broiler.
- Broil chicken in same pan 5 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and no longer pink in center, brushing once with pan juices.
