Ingredients

Yield: Yield: 2 cups

1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 packages (3 oz. each) cream cheese, quartered
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
French bread, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Sauté mushrooms with onion in hot oil in large skillet over medium heat 2 minutes; remove from heat.
  2. Stir in cream cheese until blended. Add Parmesan cheese, parsley and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
  3. Refrigerate, covered, 3 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Serve with French bread slices.
