Ingredients

Yield: Yield: 4 servings 2 large red bell peppers, seeded and cut into eighths
1 large yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into eighths
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
1 large clove garlic, pressed
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Arrange peppers, skin side up, in single layer on rack of broiler pan. Broil 6 to 8 minutes, or until skin is blackened. Turn peppers over; cook 5 minutes longer. Remove from broiler; let stand on rack 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together less sodium soy sauce, vinegar, oil, oregano and garlic in medium bowl.
  3. Remove skin from peppers. Add peppers to vinegar mixture, stirring to coat well. Marinate 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. To serve, arrange peppers on serving plate; sprinkle cheese over peppers.
