1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
4 pork rib chops, about 1/2 inch thick
- Combine teriyaki baste & glaze, garlic, oregano and pepper; brush both sides of pork chops with mixture.
- Grill pork over medium-hot coals 10 to 15 minutes, or until pork is done, turning over and brushing frequently with remaining baste & glaze mixture. (Or, broil pork 4 to 5 inches away from heat source 10 to 12 minutes, or until pork is done, turning over and brushing occasionally with remaining baste & glaze mixture.)
