(Makes 2 servings) 1 cup chilled Pearl Original Organic Soymilk
1 ripe banana, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup pitted dates, cut in half
2 teaspoons instant coffee
8 to 10 ice cubes
- Measure soymilk, banana, dates, coffee and ice cubes into blender container.
- Cover and process on high speed until frothy and dates are minced.
