Yield: Makes 6 servings
3 tablespoons butter or
trans fat-free butter-like spread, softened
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon onion salt
3 eggs, beaten
1-3/4 cups Pearl Original Organic Soymilk
2 cups frozen white corn
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crumbled
1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Combine butter, flour and onion salt.
- Stir in eggs; beat well. Stir in soymilk, corn, thyme and pepper.
- Pour into greased 1-1/2-quart baking dish.
- Bake at 350ºF. 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
