Ingredients

Yield: Makes 4 servings 3 cups uncooked medium-size
egg noodles
3 tablespoons butter or trans
fat-free butter-like spread
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1-1/4 cups chicken broth
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons Kikkoman Soy
Sauce
1 cup frozen peas & carrots
3/4 cup Pearl Original Organic Soymilk
1/2 pound imitation crabmeat, coarsely shredded
Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and keep warm in large serving bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in medium-size saucepan over medium heat. Add celery and onion; sauté 5 minutes. Blend chicken broth, flour and soy sauce; stir into saucepan with peas & carrots. Stirring constantly, bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes.
  3. Gently stir in soymilk and imitation crabmeat; cook until heated through.
  4. Pour over pasta; toss well to combine. Serve with lemon wedges.
