Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)
1 package (3 oz.) flan pudding & custard mix2 cups Pearl Creamy Vanilla Organic Soymilk
Instructions
- Pour caramel sauce from package mix into 4 individual custard cups.
- Prepare flan according to package directions, substituting soymilk for milk.
- Pour mixture evenly into prepared cups over caramel sauce.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, or until firm.
