Ingredients

Yield: Makes 4 to 6 servings 4 cups of 1/2-inch cubes day-old French bread
1/3 cup raisins
2 cups Pearl Creamy Vanilla Organic Soymilk
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pearl Creamy Vanilla Organic Soymilk, warmed

Instructions

  1. Combine bread and raisins in 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Blend 2 cups soymilk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon; pour over bread mixture. Let stand 5 minutes, or until liquid is mostly absorbed.
  3. Bake at 350ºF. 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. To serve, spoon into serving bowls; drizzle with warm soymilk.
