Ingredients (Makes 6 servings)
1 package (3 oz.) orange-
flavored gelatin dessert
3/4 cup chilled Pearl Tropical
Delight Soymilk
1 teaspoon grated fresh orange
peel
2 egg whites, at room
temperature
2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water in medium-size bowl.
- Stir in soymilk and orange peel. Refrigerate 1 hour, or until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg white, stirring once.
- Beat egg whites in large bowl until frothy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold into gelatin mixture.
- Pour evenly into 6 wine glasses or dessert bowls.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, or until firm.
