Ingredients (Makes 6 to 8 servings)
1 package (3 oz.) cook & serve
vanilla pudding & pie filling mix
1-3/4 cups Pearl Creamy
Vanilla Organic Soymilk
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple slices,
1 (9-inch) ready-made graham
cracker pie crust
2 large ripe bananas
- Prepare mix according to package directions for pie filling using soymilk.
- Cool 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Arrange pineapple on bottom of pie crust. Cut bananas into thin slices and layer on top of pineapple. Spoon filling evenly over fruit.
- Chill pie about 3 hours, or until filling is firm.
