Creamy Ranch Dressing & Dip
Ingredients (Makes about 2 cups)
1 cup Pearl® Original Organic Soymilk
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Rice Vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package (0.4 oz.) ranch
buttermilk recipe salad
dressing mix
Instructions
- Combine soymilk and vinegar in small non-metallic bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
- Add mayonnaise and salad dressing mix; whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Stir well before using. (Refrigerate any remaining dressing up to one week.)
