Ingredients

Yield: Yield: 4 servings

1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup Kikkoman Honey & Mustard or Roasted
Garlic & Herbs Quick & Easy Marinade
4 French rolls, split and toasted
1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
1 cup shredded cheese or 4 cheese slices

Instructions

  1. Sauté pepper and onion in hot oil in large skillet over high heat 4 to 5 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat; stir in quick & easy marinade.
  2. Place bottom halves of rolls on large baking sheet; top with vegetables, then beef slices and cheese.
  3. Broil until cheese melts; cover with top halves.
