(Yield: 4 servings) 1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce
3 cups hot cooked rice
2 cups frozen peas and carrots, cooked
- Brown beef with onion and garlic in large skillet over medium-high heat; pour in stir-fry sauce. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and meat is evenly coated with sauce.
- Divide rice into large individual serving bowls; spoon meat mixture and vegetables over rice.
