Ingredients (Yield: 6 servings)
1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/4 cup bottled lemon juice from concentrate
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Instructions
- Thoroughly combine first 4 ingredients; brush both sides of chicken with mixture.
- Broil or grill chicken 6 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in center, brushing occasionally with remaining soy sauce mixture.
