Ingredients

Yield: Makes 4 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
½ white or red onion
1 zucchini
1 cup snap peas
8 bamboo skewers
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1 ½ tablespoons Kikkoman® Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
1 clove of garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Chop peppers and onion into approximately 2 inch squares. Slice zucchini.
  2. To assemble kabobs, slide on vegetables, dispersing evenly among the 8 skewers (twist the skewers while carefully adding the snap peas to avoid breaking them).
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.
  4. Brush sauce mixture over vegetables and let rest in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven or grill to 400F.
  6. Place kabobs directly onto grill or rest on baking sheet and place in oven.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
