Ingredients

Yield: Makes 1 serving
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes

1 cup kale slaw (or cabbage slaw if you prefer)
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
3 tortilla shells
1 Grilled Marinated Pork steak, fully cooked and sliced
½ avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the kale slaw, massaging and mixing thoroughly. Set aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat and place the tortilla shells on the pan, heating for 1 minute on each side. Remove from pan.
  3. Place the sliced pork into the pan and heat for 1 minute per side or until pork is heated through.
  4. To assemble place ⅓ of the kale slaw onto each tortilla shell and top with ⅓ of the pork and ⅓ of the sliced avocado.
