3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons water
2-½ tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ tablespoons Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
1 clove garlic, pressed
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 large pink grapefruit
8 cups torn iceberg lettuce
1 cup red Belgian endive or radicchio, thinly sliced
½ cup toasted chopped hazelnuts
- To prepare dressing, blend all ingredients in blender or small food processor until sugar dissolves.
- To prepare salad, cut and peel off oranges and grapefruit. Holding over a medium bowl, carefully cut between membranes to release segments. Drizzle with ⅓ of the dressing.
- Place lettuce and radicchio in large bowl. Drizzle with remaining dressing and toss to coat.
- Transfer to 6 salad bowls and top with the marinated fruit. Sprinkle with nuts and serve immediately.
